Мишнова добавила, что перед этим был проведен анализ ДНК, сбор и восстановление документов, а также вынужденная разлука — ребенка помещали в реабилитационный центр.Об обнаружении в лесу в Подмосковье семилетнего мальчика стало известно 30 октября. Он часто приходил оттуда играть на одну из местных детских площадок в Балашихе. Выяснилось, что ребенок живет в самодельной хижине в лагере для бездомных с отцом, 46-летним уроженцем Узбекистана. Мать мальчика умерла весной 2020 года и семья не смогла вернуться на родину из-за пандемии. Мужчина заботился о ребенке, отправлял его мыться и стирать одежду к знакомым, на его теле не нашли следы побоев. У них не было документов, ребенок не ходил в школу и не посещал врачей.Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело против сотрудников контролирующих органов о ненадлежащем исполнении своих должностных обязанностей (часть 1 статьи 293 УК).
